ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between the company A2 UNITY, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller", and any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer", wishing to make a purchase via the website www.lumiconcept.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Site”.
ARTICLE 2. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
Any order placed on the Site implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 3. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those appearing on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer. Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the Seller. The photographs of the products are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
ARTICLE 4. PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.
ARTICLE 5. ORDER
The Customer places an order on the Site by following the process provided for this purpose. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the order upon validation by sending a confirmation email.
ARTICLE 6. PAYMENT
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure system or by any other payment method offered on the Site. The total amount of the order must be paid upon validation of the order. The Seller has no access to any data relating to the Customer's payment methods.
ARTICLE 7. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. Delivery times are indicated on the Site and may vary depending on product availability and the delivery location. In the event of a delivery delay, the Customer will be informed by the Seller. If delivery is not made within the expected time, the Customer may cancel their order and obtain a full refund.
To offer you high-quality products at competitive prices, our products are prepared and shipped directly by our manufacturing partners and sometimes even made to order. They become our property once your order is placed, and we are responsible for delivering the goods to your delivery address. This method of operation results in additional manufacturing and logistics delays.
ARTICLE 8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of return costs. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to be refunded.
ARTICLE 9. WARRANTIES
The products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with legal provisions. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the Seller who will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
ARTICLE 10. LIABILITY
The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The Seller shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, or the presence of computer viruses.
ARTICLE 11. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected on the Site are necessary for order management and commercial relations. They may be transmitted to the Seller's partners responsible for the execution, processing, management and payment of orders. In accordance with the "Informatique et Libertés" law, the Customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him, by contacting the Seller's customer service at the email address help@lumiconcept.com.
ARTICLE 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the Site, whether software, visual or audio.
ARTICLE 13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
ARTICLE 14. MODIFICATION OF THE GTC
The Seller reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The new general terms and conditions of sale will apply to all orders placed after they are posted online.
